Professional Training

All Vision 360 security officers receive structured training based on recognised professional security standards. Before deployment, each officer must successfully complete the company’s training programme and satisfy its recruitment and background-screening requirements.

Training combines professional conduct, site procedures, access control, risk awareness, incident prevention and emergency response. This preparation enables our personnel to perform their duties efficiently while meeting the operational requirements of both the client and Vision 360 Security.

Rules and Professional Standards

• Officers must wear the complete company uniform throughout their shift and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Officers must report for duty punctually and remain at their assigned post for the entire shift. They may not leave until properly relieved by another officer.
• Before accepting or handing over a post, officers must inspect the site and identify any security risks, hazards or irregularities.
• Officers must behave respectfully, courteously and professionally when dealing with clients, employees, visitors and members of the public.
• Sleeping, abandoning a post or neglecting assigned duties is strictly prohibited.
• Officers must maintain appropriate professional boundaries with colleagues, clients and site personnel.
• Unauthorised individuals may not be brought into the workplace or any controlled area.
• Officers must conduct regular checks of buildings, equipment and other assets in accordance with the site instructions.
• Gambling, consuming alcohol, using illegal drugs or reporting for duty while intoxicated is strictly prohibited.
• Officers must remain vigilant and carry out all required inspections of people, vehicles and property thoroughly and consistently.
• Officers may not abandon their employment or assigned duties without notifying the company in advance. Sudden illness or injury must be supported by appropriate medical documentation.
• Any incident, irregularity or potential danger must be reported to the company immediately and recorded in the required operational reports.

Training does not end with initial deployment. Vision 360 reinforces operational standards through supervision, performance reviews, site-specific instruction and continued professional development.
