Our Selection Process

We select our personnel through a careful recruitment process that assesses professional ability, criminal history, physical readiness, attitude and suitability for security work.

Candidates must demonstrate situational awareness, self-control and the endurance required to perform their duties effectively. We also look for politeness, humility, respect for others, willingness to help, honesty and personal integrity.

Statutory Requirements

Under Article 34 of the Security Guard Business Act B.E. 2558 (2015), applicants for a licensed security guard position must meet the following requirements:

Required qualifications

1. Be a Thai national.
2. Be at least 18 years of age.
3. Have completed the compulsory level of education required by Thai law.
4. Hold a certificate confirming completion of an approved security training course from a training centre registered with the Central Registrar.

Disqualifying conditions

1. Alcohol dependency, drug addiction or a communicable disease specified by the relevant authority.
2. A mental condition, legal incapacity or other condition incompatible with the responsibilities of licensed security work.
3. A disqualifying criminal record under the applicable legislation, including relevant drug-related or sexual offences, unless a statutory exception applies.
4. Revocation or suspension of a security guard licence during the two years preceding the date of application.
